Teaspoon Events Terms and Conditions
A 30% non refundable deposit and additional 25% (refundable) breakage charge will be necessary to secure your booking.
Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the first day of your hire. If your booking is made during this period the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Teaspoon Events operates a 14 day cancellation policy. Should you choose to cancel less than 14 days from the date of your booking you may still be charged the full amount.
All deposits are non-refundable. When possible we will carry your deposit over to a future booking, this must be within 6 months of the original date of booking.
Your breakage charge will be refunded within 3 working days of the return of items to Teaspoon Events in their original condition.
Teaspoon Events reserves the right to charge for any additional damage to goods hired out, if not covered by the 25% breakage charge.
Teaspoon Events expects all goods to be returned clean and dry and in the same condition in which they were hired out. The return of soiled goods will incur a charge which will be deducted from your breakage charge.
If you are returning the goods to us clean and dry please ensure you do not use any abrasive powders or scourers on the china. All of our china must be washed by hand. Any damage to items will be charged.
Teaspoon Events expects any items dispatched to be re-packed using the boxes and bubble wrap provided. All china goods must be wrapped-up in bubble wrap and securely packed in their boxes. Any goods damaged in transit as a result of being poorly packed will be charged.
Events and Services

For wedding planning and full event planning services a 50% non refundable deposit will be necessary to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is payable 14 days prior to the date of your event.
